Welcome to our new site!

With the prolonged winter weather limiting our building projects, we decided to do some rebuilding of our website. We are excited about the new look with new topics, pictures and information. And as with most building projects, it is still under construction. Come back once and awhile to check for new content as our "site build" continues.

A special thanks to David Steinlage for all of his efforts in creating this exciting new site.

Topeka Habitat is also pleased to introduce a new website for our volunteers. Just click on the Volunteer Now button below to get started. After setting up your personal profile, you can log in any time from any place to check on upcoming events. You can click on any of the events to sign up as a volunteer for that event. It is easy and you can control when you want to participate.

Another Job Well Done

Thanks to the 2007 Construction Class at Seman High School for their dedication and hard work on another Habitat home. Due to major construction work being done at the campus of Seaman High School...we were late getting the 2007 project house moved from the school to the job site on Washington Street. Great efforts by the Seaman HS staff provided an alternate route out of their construction area and the house was finally moved on November 1st. (Click on the thumbnail to view a full size image)
