This is one of two houses were built in 1991 for the Michael Lathrom and the Steve Wilson families, by Bob and Jake Ediger and the Fairlawn Mennonite Church of Topeka. (Note: They are actually tied together under a common roof because of the building site limitations.) 1010 SE Indiana was rehabilitated in 1993 for the Tom Bombardier family, by THFH. 1011 SE Lime was rehabilitated in 1994 and a basement bedroom and bath room added for the Debra Beard family, by THFH.
