The average cost of a three bedroom Habitat for Humanity home in Topeka is now about $70,000, which includes a full unfinished basement. Monetary donations are our lifeblood. Part of each dollar given gets used over and over again as we build each new home. Stocks and other securities, or a long term pledge are another way to keep the partnership going. All such donations offer you tax savings.
